And finally, you should make sure you understand that one of the most important things to us as humans is something most of us rarely get: stillness and silence; because of the hectic pace of life most of us go through, it is often rare that we can enjoy any true silence and stillness, but by making a concerted effort every now and then to "indulge" in these two things to be able to relax too, you will do a whole lot to improve the way your mind and body feel. Being productive and keeping yourself busy is very important, but relaxing is also really important, so make sure you are taking the time each day to do these things, and in the long run, your body and mind will thank you!
