Instead, aim for a rich diet and take a daily Multi-Vitamin that provides a base level dosage. If you've got oil capsules sitting around, you can use Vita E oil topically to deal with skin conditions and promote faster healing of wounds. It's best to get yours internally by eating a diet that's rich in the E Vitamin and taking a reputed Multi-Vitamin, but foregoing the mega dose supplements.
